The Kentucky Wesleyan College men's cross country team finished 10th at the Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship in Louisville at the E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park in Louisville on Saturday.
Aaron Poore led the Panthers, finishing the 8K course in 27:31.81.
He was followed by teammates Rob Gleason (27:34.70), Chris Hirsbrunner (28:10.11), Jordan Payne (29:00.39), Daniel Speer (29:10.50), Michael Kincaid (29:18.61), John Walker (29:34.32), Brent Mesplay (29:36.02), John Kirkpatrick (30:19.07) and Will Hicks (31:30.71).
KWC's women were represented by Brittany McCarthey (29:16.73) and Morgan Whitney (29:28.02) on the 5K course.
KWC will compete in the NCAA Midwest Region Cross Country Championship on Saturday on the campus of Wisconsin-Parkside in Kenosha on Saturday.
