Box Score Keelan Cole set a single-game touchdown record in Kentucky Wesleyan's 51-18 lost to No. 6 Delta State at Cleveland, Miss., on Saturday night.

Cole set the longest kickoff touchdown record with a 100-yard return in the first minute and half of the first quarter.

He also scored his second touchdown on a two-yard pass from
Dalton Oliver with 14 seconds left in the second quarter as the Statesmen took a 34-12 at the half.

After halftime, DSU scored 17 points to extend their lead to 51-12 before the Panthers got back on the scoreboard.

Malik Malone scored on a 27-yard fumble recovery for the Panthers and the game's final score with 1:17 left in the third quarter.

Xavier Mitchell caught 10 passes for 122 yards and Cole had four receptions for 55 yards. Oliver Dalton passed for 168 yards and one touchdown. He completed 15 of 31 passes with three picks.
