• They are the all-time winningest coaches in Kentucky Wesleyan women's or men's basketball history with 279 career wins
• They lead the G-MAC with 155 career conference wins, good for a .752 winning percentage.
• The Niemans have averaged at least 20 wins per year throughout their time at Kentucky Wesleyan
• The Panthers have won 89 of their last 100 home games.
• The Panthers have made it to the conference title game in six of the 14 seasons the Nieman's have been coaching the Panthers, and in all 14 seasons they have qualified for postseason play.
• Every single four-year player under the Nieman's has experienced an NCAA Tournament game or a conference title game, or both.

Kentucky Wesleyan women's basketball has been an NCAA DII member since 1976. However, there has been history-making success in the 14 years since the Niemans were hired.

• 2017 - Highest Team GPA at Kentucky Wesleyan
• Seven Oak and Ivy recipients (highest academic honor given to a KWC student, only six given annually)
