• They are the all-time winningest coaches in Kentucky Wesleyan women's or men's basketball history with 294 career wins.
• They lead the G-MAC with 166 career conference wins, good for a .740 winning percentage.
• The Niemans have averaged 18 wins per year throughout their time at Kentucky Wesleyan.
• The Panthers have made it to the conference title game six out of the 15 years the Niemans have coached, and have qualified for postseason play in all 15 years.
• Every single four-year player under the Niemans has experienced an NCAA Tournament game, a conference title game, or both.

Kentucky Wesleyan women's basketball has been an NCAA DII member since 1976. However, there has been history-making success in the 15 years since the Niemans were hired.
